Hello! The homework tonight is just reading for ATLEAST 20 minutes.
It's that time of the year again! Storm Reading! This means that Storm Baseball is offering students free Storm tickets to those that finish books. Every 5 chapters counts as one book for my students. So please keep that Storm booklet and sign when your child has completed every 5 chapters. Therefore, he/she needs to read 50 chapters in a grade level appropriate book by March 24th in order to get the tickets. Please turn in the back portion of the booklet with the books/chapters they read and your signature no later than that date.
Example:
James and the Giant Peach ch. 1-5 (signature/initials)
" " ch. 6-11 (signature/initials)
and so on and so forth...
Reminder: Students will not have a spelling test this week. It will be next Friday. :)
